OneTouch Reveal is a unique electronic self-monitoring diary application that helps you manage your health with diabetes:

• blood glucose level
• insulin: type, time, amount
• physical activity: duration, intensity
• carbohydrates (carbohydrate units)

The application synchronizes with OneTouch Select Plus Flex® and OneTouch Verio Reflect® glucometers and automatically collects and stores blood analysis results.

BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL

Monitoring blood glucose levels has become easier. Simply conduct an analysis using the glucometer, and the data will automatically populate in the application.

CARBOHYDRATES

We have made it easy for you to monitor your dietary intake. Indicate the amount of carbohydrate units consumed during main meals and snacks, and the application will generate a visual graph along with a report.

DAILY ACTIVITY

Add information about physical activity to your glucose, carbohydrate, or insulin metrics. You can specify the start time of physical activities, their intensity, and duration.

INSULIN LEVEL

We understand the importance of these metrics for individuals with diabetes, so we have added a feature to monitor insulin intake. Input the amount, type of insulin, and time of administration into the application. The data is saved and available in comprehensive reports.

TRENDS AND AVERAGE VALUES

The application automatically identifies recurring low and high blood glucose levels and alerts you to them. It calculates and visually presents information on average glucose levels over 14, 30, and 90 days so you can assess your progress and monitor trends. The process is significantly simplified compared to paper diaries – data is automatically imported from the OneTouch Select Plus Flex® or OneTouch Verio Reflect® glucometer and analyzed in the application.

INTUITIVE REPORTS

We have made reporting on your diabetes self-monitoring highly visual:

• Data can be viewed for a day, 2 weeks, a month, three months, or a year (depending on the section of the application).
• Email a full report on blood glucose levels (based on blood analysis results with the glucometer), insulin, and carbohydrates.
• Email or SMS the latest blood analysis result conducted using the glucometer.
• Set reminders.
• Delete data if needed.

PERSONALIZED APPROACH

Set target blood glucose level ranges recommended specifically for you, create a meal schedule, and configure reminders. Add comments to blood analysis results, such as glycated hemoglobin.
